Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked farro
  • 2 pears, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Toss all ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
