Healthy Vegan Fudge

Ingredients
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • cup smooth sunflower seed butter or peanut butter with salt
  • cup coconut palm sugar or granulated sugar
  • ½ cup softened coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey or agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour or powdered peanut butter
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • -Ground pink Himalayan sea salt for sprinkling
Instructions
  1. Line an 8×5-inch container with parchment paper.
  2. Place all ingredients except for pink Himalayan sea salt in a small food processor or blender and process until completely smooth. Pour mixture into the prepared container. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
  3. Cut fudge into small squares. For a Valentine’s Day theme, use a small heart-shaped cookie cutter. Top with a sprinkle of Himalayan sea salt.
