Easy Oil-Free Vegan Tofu Mayonnaise
Servings: 1 cup
Ingredients
  • 12.3 ounce package firm silken tofu
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper optional
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
  2. This will keep in the refrigerator for at least 1 week.
