Raw Vegan Chocolate Bars
First and last (top) layer:
  • make a double batch
  • 6 tablespoons melted coconut oil
  • 6 tablespoons  raw cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon  maple syrup
Second layer:
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 4 tbs melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp organic vanilla extract
  • 3 tbs almond milk
  • 1 tbs maple syrup
Third layer:
  • 6 Medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon  peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon  water
  • handful peanuts

  2. In a small baking dish mix all ingredients in the first layer and freeze for 15 min. I make this twice and keep the second batch in a container in the fridge, to be added on top as the last layer.
  3. Mix ingredients for the second layer. Add on to the first layer and freeze for 1 hour.
  4. Mix ingredients for the third layer. Add on to the layer and freeze for 1-2 hours.
  5. The last layer is the chocolate first layer that was set aside.
  6. After a couple of hours in the freezer, cut into bars and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
