Vegan Homemade Spiced Granola

Ingredients
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped cashews
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup pepitas pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar or any other non processed sugar such as Sucanat
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground allspice if not available, store ground works
  • 1 teaspoon ground clove
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350Ā°.

  2. Combine all ingredients and spread evenly on a baking sheet and stir every 5 minutes, until the oats are golden brown. It will take about 25 to 35 minutes.
  3. Let it cool and store in an airtight containerĀ for up to a month.
  4. Enjoy!
