1/2cupcoconut sugaror any other non processed sugar such as Sucanat
1teaspooncinnamon
1teaspoonfreshly ground allspiceif not available, store ground works
1teaspoonground clove
1/4cupcoconut oil
1/4cupmaple syrup
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°.
Combine all ingredients and spread evenly on a baking sheet and stir every 5 minutes, until the oats are golden brown. It will take about 25 to 35 minutes.
Let it cool and store in an airtight containerĀ for up to a month.
