Easy Vegan Oil-Free Mayonnaise
If you want a quick and easy vegan oil-free mayonnaise recipe, look no further! This simple recipe is from Mary and Dr. McDougall‘s recipe collection. And since I adopted a clean whole-foods, plant-based, and oil-free diet I have relied on this recipe quite often. It is great on anything mayonnaise is used: aiolis, sandwiches, dressings, sauces, salads, and even as a dip. The other day I use this mayonnaise to make a delicious Greek potato salad, and it came out fantastic!
