These cranberry popsicles always bring a smile to my face. Every year I make this delicious cranberry sauce, an easy recipe that everyone loves. It’s one of those recipes that I want to make all year round!
One year I had made a double batch of cranberry sauce. I knew I couldn’t possibly finish the whole thing, I froze most of it to use it later. Once I removed it from the freezer, I noticed the beautiful the colors. And that was when I thought I should eat it frozen! How delicious it was!
I immediately bought all the ingredients, made the recipe just as I normally make, and put it in popsicles mold.
Easy and delicious cranberry popsicles
If you are adding garlic and seasonings to the cranberry sauce, save a portion of the recipe without any seasoning. But you know, a garlicky popsicle might be as delicious!

- 1 can cranberry sauce
- 1 small can mandarin oranges
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 1 bag frozen berries
- 1/2 cup walnuts
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 orange zested and juiced
Mix all ingredients, except the orange juice and zest. Make sure to include the canned juices also.
In a medium pot, combine all the ingredients and stir to blend. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to simmer.
Stir to blend and simmer for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
Add the orange juice and zest, stir and allow to cool before serving.
